Entryway TV Package - For Casual Viewing as Guests Arrive

Entryway TVs are great to set the mood when your guests enter your banquet room. Whether it be a small party, a wedding reception or a full-on 500-person gala, a video display showing the guests of honor is a great addition and mood-setter.

Although the basic package includes a 32-inch TV display, you can go as large as 65 inches in size.

Video displays can be in landscape or portrait. The content of course needs to be produced that way in order for it to display properly.

Zoom Video Connection

If you have a guest speaker that cannot make it to your event in person, a good option is to have them speak to your audience virtually through a Zoom call. 

Livestreaming

Giving guests who can’t attend in person the option to attend virtually through livestreaming is another way to gain attendance (and increase contributions). 

Image Magnification (IMAG)

If you have a dynamic auctioneer, you may want to put them on the big screen so people in the corners can see better and to keep the energy level high throughout the room. Image Magnification (IMAG) is what you need to make that happen.

Recording

Record the event for those who can't make it, or to permanently capture those special moments for your website. Use snippets in your social media. Or, provide honorees and speakers a special memory gift.

Great basic package for a small group (50-100 people) in a large banquet room or small ballroom where space is not an issue and you’re on a limited budget.  Communication with your guests is top priority. This package includes a portable PA system so you don’t have to rely on the house PA system. A big screen and super bright projector mean everyone will get a great view of your content.

For that relatively small event where you are in a banquet room or tent with limited space and there is not enough room for projectors and screens. Consists of a pair of video displays and a confidence monitor so everyone including the people on stage can see.

For that event where projectors and screens will not work due to seating, space or lighting limitations. Or, the room is either exceptionally wide or long. TVs are on tall stands so that guests in the back can see them.

Often times dinner groups are in a wide seating area, or even in a single center room with reception/cocktail space in separate rooms to the left and right, where the silent auction items are on display. In this situation you will want a large video display in the main room and smaller ones to the left and right.

Tent Gala for Large Group (400- 500 people) Package

Approximately 60' x 120'. Tight floor space with limited room for projector and screens.

Three larger primary video screens with TVs “sprinkled” around the back and corners of the tent, by the bar, etc. insure people seated around banquet tables can see, even though half of them have their back to the speaker’s podium. Make sure everyone can see, all the time. Keep the energy level high throughout the room.

Entryway TV Basic Package - Starts at $149

Client to provide playback device for HDMI input on TV - It can be a laptop, DVD player, USB thumb drive player, tablet etc.  We strongly recommend clients use our device to guarantee it will work the way they expect.  This means the client sending or dropping off content to prove it works. This guarantees functionality and that content auto-repeats as expected if that is the requirement.

This is a Francis Audio-Visual delivery-only package.  Client needs to check with the venue to see if drop off and setup are possible the workday before (Friday) if their event is on a weekend.  The same applies for pickup.  We also need the name of the onsite manager working at the venue on the weekend of your event.

This is all necessary to ensure equipment is safe & secure at the venue.  If equipment can only be received on a weekend day, we need to make sure one of our techs is available to set up equipment on the weekend before accepting the order.
