Our video projector rental packages make it super easy for you to show your photo montage during your reception or party. We include the cables, wires, power strip and AC extension and portable screen and PA system.
How We Can Help You with Your AV Rental Package Selection
The more you can tell us about the room or space you will be in, the better our recommendations will be. This information is helpful:
- Room size
- Group size
- Room seating layout (is it extra wide?)
- Do you want everyone to see from their chair? Or, is it okay if not everyone has a seat for perfect viewing because they can move around to see the screen better
Projector Rental Tips
- For smaller occasions, a basic projector is probably adequate.
- A “basic” (3000 lumen) projector probably won’t project a bright
enough image to be seen well in a tent, especially during daylight
hours. - To make your image “pop”, we recommend at least a 5000-lumen
projector. - People seated too far to the left or right of a screen aren’t going
to be able to see your image clearly. - Try to keep everyone in the “Viewing Cone”, that is, ideally within
a 45-degree angle to the left & right.
Entryway TV Package - For Casual Viewing as Guests Arrive
Entryway TVs are great to set the mood when your guests enter your banquet room. Whether it be a small party, a wedding reception or a full-on 500-person gala, a video display showing the guests of honor is a great addition and mood-setter.
Although the basic package includes a 32-inch TV display, you can go as large as 65 inches in size.
Video displays can be in landscape or portrait. The content of course needs to be produced that way in order for it to display properly.
Entryway TVs add a special touch to the event. Landscape (left) and portrait (right) orientations are available. 65-inch monitors are pictured.
Sound System Rentals
You want great professional sound, but your budget doesn't allow for a DJ.
You want something economical, where you can use your own playlist and phone or iPad.
If you’re on a limited budget, but want professional results, Francis AV has portable sound systems for wedding ceremonies and receptions at a fraction of the price of a professional DJ.
It's especially important that everyone hears outdoor vows! A PA system and wireless microphones are the answer.

We use professional brands like JBL, EV, Mackie and Shure professional wireless microphones. Everything is well maintained and checked before it goes out the door.
When you come to pick up your audio package, we will explain how it all connects. We also include cabling wires and adaptors you may need to connect your phone, iPad, tablet or laptop.
Do you have a traveling DJ?
If your DJ is traveling in from out of town, he/she can travel light and just bring their laptop computer.
We can provide the rest! We rent Shure wireless microphones and JBL speakers so your DJ can keep the party going.
Outdoor PA System Rentals
For when electrical power is not available
If you’re having your wedding ceremony, reception or other event in a remote outdoor space, we have you covered.
We can provide sound systems with built-in batteries, or if larger, louder PA systems are needed, we can provide a generator. Call us for recommendations.

Carpeted Stage
For larger groups, especially for wedding receptions, it’s super important everyone can see the newlywed couple and the wedding party. Our portable stage elevates people to a good height to be seen by all, even from the back of the room.
Uplighting
No need to hire a DJ to get uplights to create that party atmosphere. Our uplights are battery-powered and easy to set to different colors.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup of your AV Rental
If you decide you don’t want to deal with transporting equipment, setting it up and returning it, we have technicians that can deliver, setup, tear down, and pick up the equipment for you.

Entryway TV Basic Package
Includes:

- 42-inch AV eye-level mobile cart with black skirt
- Electrical power strip and extension cord
Client to provide playback device for HDMI input on TV - It can be a laptop, DVD player, USB thumb drive player, tablet etc. We strongly recommend clients use our device to guarantee it will work the way they expect. This means the client sending or dropping off content to prove it works. This guarantees functionality and that content auto-repeats as expected if that is the requirement.
If you want Francis AV to handle your whole order, including delivery, setup and pickup:
Client needs to check with the venue to see if drop off and setup are possible the workday before (Friday) if their event is on a weekend. The same applies for pickup. We also need the name of the onsite manager working at the venue on the weekend of your event.
This is all necessary to ensure equipment is safe & secure at the venue. If equipment can only be received on a weekend day, we need to make sure one of our techs is available to set up equipment on the weekend before accepting the order.

This package is great for small parties where you need something for announcements, speeches, and music that enhances mood and atmosphere. This package includes:

Medium to Large* Group (50 to 200 people) Indoor PA System
Use this system for moderate dance music and announcements for larger groups to enhance mood and atmosphere. This package includes:

*This system can be expanded to accommodate 200+ people for wide seating configured ballroom or tent with the addition of two more 12-inch speakers.
Outdoor Battery Powered PA (up to 100 people)

Band PA System
If you are inviting musician friends in from out of town to play at your wedding reception or party, and they can’t bring their gear with them, this is the perfect system for them. The basic package include:

- Yamaha Powered Mixer w/ EQ
Rental Guidelines
Rental period for the above pricing is typically picked up on Friday afternoon and returned by noon on Monday. For out-of-town clients where this is not practical, other arrangements can be made for earlier or weekend times. Delivery, setup and pickup are additional. Event technicians to be on hand during your event are available, please inquire.
