Our AV experts will visit your venue and learn what you want, what you need, and what is possible at your location.
We will craft a custom proposal for you to address your wants and needs. We typically come up with 2 to 3 solutions to give you options.
We meet together again to go over your options and answer any questions that you may have. If we reach an understanding we start working as soon as possible!

What video conferencing software to use is your first decision. Although everyone has heard of Zoom, there are a host of others that may be better for your specific application. And some that are not! If you haven’t picked one, Francis AV can advise you on some of the different ones.
We have solutions for everything from “Zoom Meeting Rooms” to Classrooms in need of Distance Learning. Meeting rooms may have different needs but people definitely do. A corporate trainer is going to have different needs than a K12 teacher. We guide you through the process by asking the right questions and installing a package appropriate for your application.
Francis AV has partnered with ClearOne, a leader in video conferencing solutions. Video conferencing has come of age. No more messy wires on the table or floor. Microphones are either on the ceiling or walls and automatically detect the person speaking. They eliminate background noise (air conditioning, etc.) and zero in on the person speaking.

You may have students / attendees in both the main room and at home. A “Hybrid” application. Or you may have the teacher or trainer at home or a remote location. Or, the instructor may need to have the ability to work from home or the classroom at school or conference room at the office. Flexibility and being “user-friendly” are very important. Most rooms have a resident PC that is accessed though a wireless keyboard mouse. You just have to wake it up and you are ready to start conferencing.
